The 52525-995 includes three 40-watt candelabra base incandescent bulbs for the integrated light kit, and is supplied with one 4-Inch downrod, one 6-Inch downrod, and five blades with a 12 degree blade pitch. The Ashlar has a 3-speed reversible 172mm x 17mm motor with Airflow rated at 5048 CFM on high, 84 CFM per Watt, and only uses 60-watts (excluding any lights) on high. The 52525-995 comes one per package, pull chain to operate the fan controls, and 80-Inches of lead wire. For safety reasons, a ceiling fan should hang no lower than 7-feet above the floor.
